          Each day we come into work and
          sign a declaration to say we are fit for
          duty, which regularly has me thinking
          how many people are actually fit for
          not only their duty but within their
          lifestyle.
           As firearms officers we work
          tirelessly to be the best that we can
          be in our field, taking part in regular
          training every couple of weeks; but

          same respect and dedication?
