We are all aware of the benefits of cardiovascular and
strength training (running, cycling, rowing, weight lifting,
etc.) and how in our role as police and Firearms officers it
is an essential element of our training… even if for some it
is only to pass the fitness test!

greater health and fitness benefits than the
more traditional style of cardio – a
win/win training strategy.
