Introduction to PFOA Training courses

PFOA Training Services Ltd are a unique company providing specialist post incident management training to the Police Service, Unison, UK Military and many other organisations.

We are the only organisation outside of UK Policing that are licenced by the College of Policing to deliver Post Incident Managers (PIM) courses. PIM courses are vital in ensuring that the workforce is protected both in welfare and legal terms. Having a well organised and official response to any death or serious injury in the workplace will ensure there is the utmost transparency and integrity moving forwards.

We are also able to deliver bespoke courses to organisations outside of policing. This ensures all involved are looked after and protected. Using the trusted policing template we can make sure managers, discipline leads and those overseeing the security of an organisation are properly prepared to support the workforce and protect the organisation.

All our trainers are vastly experienced serving or retired police officers. They have all performed the role of Post Incident Manager and have the very best training qualifications. Our service is available all year round and we are happy to arrange a venue for the training or come to you.

We have a number of courses available for Police Officers throughout 2024. We also have courses arranged for Unison, MOD Police and other organisations.
