Should you or a member of your family require counselling as a result of a work related incident, the PFOA will arrange for you to receive support from Prompt UK. All their Specialist Psychological Therapists are BACP Accredited. They are all vetted to a high level.
Any request for counselling by a member should come direct to the PFOA. The PFOA will then arrange this counselling with Prompt UK on your behalf.
